These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", or "You") and JMU Solutions LLC, a New York-registered foreign S-corporation headquartered in New Mexico. By accessing or using our Discord bot(s), services, website, or related tools ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

JMU Solutions LLC provides software development services related to Discord bots, automation, and integrations. These services may be offered through a ticketing system within Discord and are subject to project-specific agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. If you're representing an entity, you affirm that you have authority to bind it.

3. Order Terms & Invoicing

Orders are initiated via Discord or written communication. Invoices are generated through Stripe and delivered via Discord or email. Payment is due within three (3) calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted at our discretion. Once development has begun or deliverables are issued, refunds may no longer be available.

5. User Conduct

Users may not reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit our services; nor may they use them for illegal, abusive, or harassing activity.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all custom software and deliverables remain the intellectual property of JMU Solutions LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties. We make no guarantee of uptime or compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
